2. Data and contact channels

This page has no forms, accounts, comments, subscriptions, payments or owner-installed advertising analytics. If you contact me by email or phone, I process the information you provide: name, contact details, company, enquiry content and, if a professional relationship starts, information needed to manage it. Provide only necessary information; without a contact method I cannot reply.

Hosting may process technical data, such as your IP address, browser and access logs, to deliver and protect the page. Having no forms does not mean there is no personal data processing.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Quote requests and steps before a contract are handled under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Communication with company representatives and general enquiries relies on a legitimate interest in handling professional contacts (Article 6(1)(f)), respecting their rights. Service management relies on the contractual relationship; tax and accounting duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Technical security relies on a legitimate interest in protecting the service.

There is no advertising profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects. Enquiries will not be used for subscriptions or marketing campaigns without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained while being handled and for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless a legal duty or claim justifies longer retention. Client data is kept during the professional relationship and then for applicable legal periods; commercial records may require six years and tax obligations generally four years, subject to interruptions and special periods. Hosting technical logs follow the provider’s retention periods.

5. Providers, recipients and transfers

Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) hosts this website and Gmail (Google) provides email. Communications providers and, where relevant, tax or accounting advisers and legally competent authorities may receive data. Personal data is not sold.

Technology services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under applicable GDPR Chapter V mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You may request information about recipients and applicable safeguards by email. See also the Cloudflare and Google policies linked below. If you open LinkedIn, it processes data under its own policy.

6. Rights and complaints

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to ykanavalau@gmail.com or the address shown above. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Further identification is requested only where necessary and proportionate. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Cookies and security

The website code does not install cookies or use local storage, advertising pixels or owner-installed analytics. Language selection uses links. The hosting platform may use technical security mechanisms according to its configuration and policy. Cookies can be managed in your browser. If optional tracking tools are added, information and any required consent will be obtained before activation.

HTTPS is used and contact information is accessible only to those who need it to handle the matter. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Updates

This policy will be reviewed when contact channels, providers or site features change. The update date appears at the top.
